Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Booth, the AI narration service run by KOBRA LTD ("Booth", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person per account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

What you can do with your narrations

  • On a paid plan (Hobby, Creator or Pro) you may use the audio commercially, including on monetised YouTube channels.
  • On the Free plan the audio is for personal use only.
  • You own your scripts. We don't claim rights over what you write.
  • When you publish realistic AI narration, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks (for YouTube, "altered or synthetic content").

What you can't do

  • Use Booth to impersonate a real person, mislead people about who is speaking, or make content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexual involving minors.
  • Try to extract, copy or rebuild our voices or models, or resell access to Booth.
  • Overload the service or get around plan limits.

Voices

Every library voice is either recorded by a speaker who consented to its AI use, or the built-in voice of a commercially licensed speech model. Voices can be added, changed or retired; we'll try to give notice before retiring one you use.

Plans, payments and renewals

  • Card plans renew every month until you cancel. Crypto prepayments cover the months you paid for and don't renew.
  • Your monthly minutes reset each period and don't roll over.
  • Prices can change; we'll tell you before a change affects your plan.
  • Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Booth running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If a narration fails on our side, the characters are refunded automatically.

Liability

Booth is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
